BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on pk48 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank channels. pk48 does not charge deposit fees on its side; however, your mobile money provider may apply standard transaction charges in line with their own published rates.
Bonus and Wagering Rules
All pk48 bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements as published on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is met in full. Abuse of promotional offers will result in bonus forfeiture.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Registration Requirements
To register a pk48 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one pk48 account. You may not register multiple accounts for yourself, share an account with another person, or register an account on behalf of another person. If pk48 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device, or any other identifying factor — all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
2.4 Identity Verification
pk48 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. pk48 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend an account until identity verification is completed to our satisfaction.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk48 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
pk48 implements OTP-based two-factor authentication to protect accounts. You should ensure that the mobile number registered to your pk48 account remains active and in your possession. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk48 support at [email protected] immediately.
pk48 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from pk48 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
- Never share your OTP codes with anyone, including individuals claiming to be pk48 staff.
- Log out of your pk48 account after each session, especially on shared devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pk48 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and supported bank transfer services including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. pk48 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on pk48 is ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the point of transaction. pk48 does not charge fees for deposits processed on the pk48 side; standard transaction fees levied by your mobile money provider are the responsibility of the player.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk48 account holder.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- The account holder's identity must be fully verified to pk48's satisfaction.
- Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the account.
- No pending disputes or account investigations must be active on the account.
Important: pk48 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing by the player.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
pk48 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is activated. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
pk48 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour, and any other activity that pk48 reasonably determines to be exploitative. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk48 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the account without notice.
5.3 Promotional Eligibility
Promotions are available only to players who are fully registered, identity-verified, and in good standing on pk48. pk48 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Some promotions may be geographically restricted or limited to players who have not previously activated the same offer.
6. Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on pk48 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and all other covered sports — are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting section of the platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is accepted only when pk48 confirms receipt and issues a unique bet reference number displayed in the player's bet history. pk48 reserves the right to decline any bet before acceptance without providing a reason. Odds displayed on pk48 are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
6.2 Voided Bets
pk48 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were published in error; the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; or where system errors, data feed failures, or technical issues materially affected the bet. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the player's BDT wallet.
6.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting on pk48 allows bets to be placed on events that are already in progress. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly and are provided on a best-efforts basis. pk48 accepts no responsibility for delays in the display of live scores or odds caused by data feed latency. Bets placed on clearly erroneous in-play odds may be voided at pk48's discretion.
7. Casino and Game Rules
All casino games and slots available on pk48 — including titles powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between provider game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence on matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct; provider rules shall govern the specific mechanics of each game.
7.1 Return to Player (RTP)
Each slot and casino game has a theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the average payout over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures are provided by game providers and are available within the information section of each game. pk48 does not modify provider-certified RTP settings.
7.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted connection, or software error during a game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's BDT wallet. pk48 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a game or system malfunction beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.
7.3 Jackpot Bingo and Honor of Zuma
Jackpot Bingo and Honor of Zuma are exclusive pk48 titles subject to additional game-specific rules displayed within each respective game interface. Community prize pool contributions and jackpot trigger conditions for Jackpot Bingo, and bonus feature activation conditions for Honor of Zuma, are determined by the certified game mathematics and cannot be altered by pk48 or any player.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk48 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account or registering an account using false personal information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with pk48 systems without authorisation.
- Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or pricing errors in the sports betting or casino products.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using pk48 to process funds derived from criminal activity.
- Placing bets on the basis of inside information about a sporting event not available to the general public.
- Attempting to manipulate or influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game covered on pk48.
- Using another player's account credentials to access pk48 or making transactions on behalf of another player without express written authorisation from pk48.
- Conducting chargebacks or reversals on deposits without first contacting pk48 support to resolve the underlying issue.
Zero Tolerance Policy: pk48 operates a zero-tolerance approach to fraud and collusion. All suspicious account activity is reviewed by our security team. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is found, pk48 will act promptly to close the account, retain any funds for investigative purposes, and cooperate with any lawful request from relevant authorities.
9. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pk48 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the pk48 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose without express prior written consent from pk48.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk48 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from a system outage, data feed error, or connectivity failure; loss of data; loss of business or opportunity; or any other financial loss beyond the return of the stake for the affected transaction.
pk48 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. pk48 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible following any unplanned outage. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pk48's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy and Data
pk48 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pk48 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk48 implements SSL encryption and other technical security measures to protect player data from unauthorised access.
pk48 does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game technology partners, and relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or comply with our operational obligations.
13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk48 is registered as an international online betting operator. pk48 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online betting under the laws of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction — it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of pk48 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
